Body Liberation is an 8-week group coaching program designed to help you break free from cycles of dieting, guilt, and self-criticism. Together we’ll create a kinder, freer, and more confident way of living — in your body, with food, and with yourself.
This is for you if you want to:

Heal your relationship with food and stop feeling trapped in cycles of restriction, overeating, or guilt.

Understand and learn how to manage emotional eating triggers.

Break free from self-sabotaging behaviors and recognize the emotions driving them.

Identify and transform limiting beliefs that have kept you stuck around food, body, or worth.

Create healthy, sustainable habits that actually fit your real life and last beyond the program.

Let go of the “all or nothing” mindset and discover a more flexible, balanced approach.
