Body Liberation (Group Program, coming January)

Heal your relationship with food. Reconnect with your body. Step into freedom.

Body Liberation is an 8-week group coaching program designed to help you break free from cycles of dieting, guilt, and self-criticism. Together we’ll create a kinder, freer, and more confident way of living — in your body, with food, and with yourself.
 

This is for you if you want to:

  • Heal your relationship with food and stop feeling trapped in cycles of restriction, overeating, or guilt.

  • Understand and learn how to manage emotional eating triggers.

  • Break free from self-sabotaging behaviors and recognize the emotions driving them.

  • Identify and transform limiting beliefs that have kept you stuck around food, body, or worth.

  • Create healthy, sustainable habits that actually fit your real life and last beyond the program.

  • Let go of the “all or nothing” mindset and discover a more flexible, balanced approach.

  • Learn simple practices to manage stress and regulate your emotions without turning to food.

  • Rebuild your self-esteem, trust your intuition, and start making choices from self-love.
     

How it works:

  • Length: 8 consecutive weeks

  • Format: Live weekly sessions on Zoom

  • Start date: January 2026

  • Investment: Single Payment: $380 | Monthly: $400 | Weekly $410

  • Schedule: Wednesdays, 7:00-8:00 pm PST

  • Language: English (materials available in Spanish upon request)

  • Community: Small, intimate group of women (5-10) walking this path together.
